    Well Here I am Again!

    Well Hi one and all,

I am officially back on Spaces!

I just wrote a blog about the birth of Bethan, feel free to have a read! If you're wondering where I have been, I shall explain. If you couldn't care less, tough, why are you still reading?! lol

Basically, I think the last time I blogged was last Sep/Oct. I'd just found out I was pregnant again, soon after Rhys. The pregnancy was making me really tired and I just didn't have the brain capacity to write a blog. I just managed my facebooking as I used my mobile phone the majority of the time!

In November, Marv and I decided we finally had to move from Basingstoke. I'd had enough with the family quarrels and being in between the local pub and shop. It was getting me down, we had no privacy and the kids weren't safe playing out. I just wanted to have a better opportunity for them to what I had as a kid. The opportunity arised for us to move to a small village near the Newbury. We jumped at the chance! After Christmas, we decided to move as soon as we could. After sorting out the paper work,we agreed that the beginning of Feb would be the best sort of time as it would give me time to sort out the maternity car for the rest of my pregnancy. Little did we know the weekend we were moving, it decided to have a flippin snowstorm!!

We went ahead, despite the atrocious weather. Due to me being heavily pregnant by now, it was decided that I would go to a friends for the day with the kids and let the men sort everything out. I am so glad I had done, even when I arrived at my new home, I could see there was so much still left to do!

That was nearly 5 months ago now! We are all settled in and the kids go to a village school, in the next village, and we have already made one or 2 really good friends. My family have realised that although I am no longer in Basingstoke, I do still care about them, I just wont be getting involved in the petty squabbles anymore, At the beginning, I never thought they'd be speaking to us again as they were totally against the move, said we were abandoning them, that we didn't care, etc. They can now see why we moved. As it turns out, just last week there was 3 stabbings at the local pub I used to live next to.

The only sad thing that has happened since I moved are to do with my two cats, Bailey and Marmite. A month after we moved in, he refused to enter our house anymore (still don't know for sure why) and he now lives next door with her other 7 cats. Then 3 weeks ago, I put Bailey out for the eveing and that's the last we've seen of her. She has never gone missing in the 4 years she's been alive, and it doesn't look so good :(

I'll be back in the next few days or so with some new pictures, but in the mean time, most fo you guys can see the pics on my Facebook, where they are regualrly uploaded!

Please pop in and say hi to me!

    Love to all.

Taking a look back &the pictures I promised!

So how has your day been?
I never realised how big my bump had got til about 3:45 pm when I took my latest picture. I am huuuuggeeee! Still according to my countdown timers, I've only got 20 days left now til the monkey is born, so I'll say 30, just in case they make me go over. It's scary how in just over a month there will be this tiny little baby sat with me. I have looked back over the past year at all my ups and downs I have had.

This time last year, I was still working and I was really enjoying my job. Then at the end of May, I quit my job as I'd had enough of the stress and also due to the stress, I lost a baby. I was only 10 weeks pregnant at the time. Then tragedy struck on the 21st of July as a very good friend of mine died suddenly just before his 34th birthday, due to an undiagnosed heart condition. He left behind his partner and 3 kids devastated. After this, I'd gone on a bit of a bender, drinking heavily and partying through the summer break, not really paying much attention to my body. It wasn't until the kids had gone back to school in September I realised I may be pregnant. That was a huge self pitying guilt trip at the time. However, I'd had a scan and the 8 week baby seemed unfussed by all that had gone on. It turns out I must have conceived around the time my friend had died. Spooky or what?

Since then I have been up and down more times than a yo-yo, but as usual I get through it all. Even now the psychiatrist has taken me off my med's (to wean the baby off) I feel like I'm coping ok, despite the little ruts in the road.
So here we are, and here are my pix!

    Allsorts of Going's On.... (It's a long-un)

    Hi all,

    MySpace Comments

First and foremost, apologies to all on Messenger who have been trying to contact me, I haven't been online as such as it keeps glitching! Same goes for my phone.... it works then it don't, then it does, then I leave it at my mum's. So sorry to those of whom I missed calls. 5 from one person and 11 from another. You know who you are!!!

    MySpace CommentsValentine's Day:

As you can probably see from the new page setup, Valentine's Day is approaching. Now I know that some of you don't have that special someone, and some of you do, but whether you love or loathe Valentine's Day, I love it. All of you will be getting a little something from me if you are on my email list!!!!!!

    Glitter PhotosBarewolf:

I have finished the little something that I promised I was making for you, expect it in the post in the next week or so. No you can't have any clues, other than it is fragile, so please be careful. There will be pictures on here once he has it!!!

    MySpace CommentsFamily:

Another reason why I seem to have disappeared again!!! Alex came home from school yesterday (Wednesday) saying he wasn't hungry. Now this is a rare phenomena in this house for Alex to be un-hungry, so I ignored him and near on force-fed his tea to him. He only managed to eat half his sandwhich and I was really annoyed. He went to bed at 7, and about an hour later, both Marv and I could smell this horrible smell. I went to investigate and let's just say Alex's tummy wasn't in the best condition!! I shan't elaborate as it is too horrible to recount! Marv has the same bug I think, so I have been avoiding them both like the plague, being the meanie by banning food from both of them. I never knew how much a 36 yr-old man will complain in an effort to get food in his belly, ill or not!!!

Also this week, we finally had the new bed delivered. I so want to kill Marv right now, as he said we was getting a kingsize bed, we actually have a super kingsize  bed, which means all the linen I had bought doesn't bloody well fit!! So if anyone knows where I can get sheets at a reasonable price for a mammoth sized bed, let me know! The mattress itself is 7ft by 5ft.

    MySpace CommentsPregnancy:

I did say at the end of last week that I'd do my update on the Saturday, but I really wasn't in the best of moods, so it never happened. So today I shall.

fetaldev29 As of today, I am 29 weeks pregnant, or just over 6 months. It's getting nearer to the time that there will be another complete life upheaval, and I am still no where near ready fro the baby, in the material sense of things. I only have a pram and a few clothes leftover from when Alex was born. I still have a cot, and all that malarkey to go and buy, let alone get Marv's backside into gear and start the nursery. As it stands, this baby will be sleeping in the hallway as there is no room in my room.

S6000035As for the pregnancy itself, things aren't a smooth-running as I thought. I was put on some medication that I have to take, baby or no baby and it seems to have given the baby a hyperactivity rush. When I saw the midwife for my regular check up, she was a little concerned that the baby's heart rate was higher than it should be. The rate was 160-170bpm, when it shoul really be somewhere around 140bpm. It may not seem a lot, but imagine having to run around all day with no rest, that basically what the baby is doing, moving much more than normal. SHe said it should all slow down over the next few weeks. The size of my bump is big, but the uterus is only just measuring on par with my dates. If the baby doesn't slow down, I'll have to got to the maternity unit to be assessed, which possibly means overnight, as the baby may not be growing at the rate it should. I'll let you know how that goes.

Having said that, I can longer see my feet when I stand up, nor can I put on my socks or shoes without assistance from a p*ss-taking Marv.

So all in all, not a great week, but a busy one! MySpace Comments

See you all again in a bit then guys!
